Hayley Van Loon is the CEO of Crime Stoppers International and founder of Magnolia Intelligence and ShadowIQ, building intelligence-driven solutions for risk management and organisational resilience. She began her career as a counterterrorism case officer in the Australian Intelligence Community and later specialised in physical penetration testing and insider threat operations. Hayley has advised governments, global corporations, and educational institutions on cyber-enabled threats, insider risk, and national security strategy, and serves on international cyber and security coalitions and advisory boards.
